Upload Images and make Link

1.      Log in to Blogger 

2.      Click New Entries.

3.      Then click Upload Images. and browse to find the picture.

4.      Then click the OK button

5.      To add a link to the image, click on the image and click the link at the top of the column posts.

6.      Enter the URL addressThen click OK
